How to Use

• Apply a small amount directly to the desired area
• Massage in gently until absorbed

• Capsicum produces a warming sensation — this is normal and intentional
• Patch-test first: apply a small amount to a small area and wait 24 hours, as essential-oil blends can cause sensitivity in some people
