Shipping Policy

Processing. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 pm Mountain Time ship within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 pm, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day. During launches and holiday weeks, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Where we ship. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, and to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.

Where orders ship from. Orders ship from Riverton, Utah, or from our fulfillment center in Missoula, Montana, whichever is closer to you.

Carriers and transit. We ship with USPS and UPS. Standard shipping typically arrives in 3 to 5 business days after it leaves our facility. Alaska, Hawaii, and territories may take 5 to 10 business days. Transit estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee.

Shipping cost. Shipping is calculated at checkout by weight and destination. Any free-shipping threshold in effect is shown at checkout.

Tracking. You receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number by email the moment it ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the first scan.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to reship, and a second shipping charge may apply. We cannot change an address once a package has left our facility.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages. If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or a package arrives damaged, email retail@docthackery.com within 72 hours of the delivery date (or the last tracking update) with your order number and, for damage, a photo of the product and the box. We will replace the order or refund it to your original payment method. If tracking shows the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us and we will open a carrier trace.

Age and compliance. All products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids and comply with the 2018 Farm Bill (less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis). You must be 18 or older to purchase. We ship only where these products are lawful to receive.
