📦 Returns & Refunds

RETURNS
We accept returns on any sealed bottles within 30 days of purchase.

To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • Your email address

  • Your shipping address

  • A note stating that you'd like to return your item

Once we receive your request, we’ll send instructions on where and how to return your product.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

 

REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective due to shipping.

To request a refund, contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include:

  • A photo of the damaged product

  • A photo of the shipping box

  • Your order number

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
