Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from DocThackery.com. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC reserves the right to cancel any order if age verification cannot be confirmed.

Hemp Designation & Federal Compliance

All products sold on DocThackery.com are derived from industrial hemp as defined by the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"), which legalized hemp and hemp-derived cannabinoids federally in the United States. All DocThackery hemp products contain Delta-9 THC at or below 0.3% on a dry weight basis, meeting the federal definition of hemp.

DocThackery products are not marijuana, are not controlled substances under federal law, and are legally produced, sold, and shipped across the United States in accordance with federal hemp regulations and applicable state law.

State Law Notice: While hemp-derived CBD is federally legal, some states and localities may have additional restrictions. It is your sole responsibility to verify that the purchase, possession, and use of hemp-derived CBD products is legal in your jurisdiction before placing an order. Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to jurisdictions where such products are prohibited.

THC Content Disclosure

DocThackery products vary in THC content. Product-specific disclosures are provided on each product page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference:

  • Gold Label Reserve Gummies: Contains 5mg Delta-9 THC per serving — intentional formulation.
  • CBD Tincture 1000mg & 3000mg: Contains micro-dose Delta-9 THC. Not THC-free.
  • CBD Gummies: Broad spectrum — truly THC-free.
  • CBN Night Gummies: CBD + CBN — truly THC-free.
  • Deep Freeze Roll-On: Topical — THC not applicable.

If you are subject to drug testing by an employer or other authority, consult that authority before purchasing any DocThackery product. Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC is not liable for any failed drug tests resulting from use of our products.

Product Use & Health Disclaimer

DocThackery products are intended for adult wellness use only. Do not operate heavy machinery or drive after consuming products containing THC. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets (unless purchasing pet-specific formulas). Do not exceed recommended serving sizes.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through Bankful. By completing a purchase, you authorize Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC to charge your selected payment method for the order total including applicable taxes and shipping.

Shipping

DocThackery ships hemp-derived CBD products across the United States in compliance with federal hemp shipping regulations and USPS, UPS, and FedEx hemp shipping policies. We do not ship to addresses where hemp-derived CBD is prohibited by state or local law. International shipping is not currently available.

Assistance Program Terms

The DocThackery 50% Off Assistance Program is available to qualifying Veterans, individuals with Long-Term Disability, and Low-Income households. Eligibility is verified annually. One application per household. Discount is limited to $250 per month post-discount, with the cap resetting on the 1st of each month. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional codes. No retroactive refunds for orders placed before program approval. Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Assistance Program at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on DocThackery.com — including text, images, logos, the cherry blossom mark, product formulations, and brand elements — is the property of Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of DocThackery products or this website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.

Changes to These Terms

Cherry Blossom Hardware LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of DocThackery.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
