Who Qualifies

Veterans

Active duty military, veterans, and their surviving spouses.

  • DD-214 (Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty)
  • VA identification card
  • State-issued ID with veteran endorsement
  • Military service records

Long-Term Disability

Individuals with documented long-term disability status.

  • Physician certification or disability income letter
  • Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) award letter
  • Direct deposit verification of disability benefits

Low-Income Households

Households qualifying under federal low-income guidelines.

  • Most recent federal tax return (first page only)
  • EBT card + valid state-issued ID
  • Medicaid card + valid state-issued ID
  • SSI award letter

Program Terms

50% off all DocThackery products. $250/month cap (post-discount) — resets the 1st of each month. Verified annually. One application per household. Cannot be combined with other promotional codes or discounts. Excludes branded merchandise. No retroactive refunds for orders placed before approval.

How to Apply

  1. Email Retail@docthackery.com with subject line: Assistance Program Application
  2. Attach one qualifying document from the list above. Do not include your Social Security Number. Redact any SSNs before submitting.
  3. We will review your application within 2–3 business days and confirm eligibility by email.
  4. Upon approval, you will receive a discount code to use at checkout. Your eligibility will be re-verified annually.
